I've worked at UserGuiding as a Product Designer for 5+ years. Designed 15+ big features, built 3 different design systems, countless improvements and iterations. Some of these features are Guides, Hotspots, Resource Centers, Checklists, Surveys, Banners, Knowledge Base Page, Product Updates Page, User Segmentation, Project Management, Team Member Roles & Permissions, AI Assistant, Material Localization, Subscription and Payment Flows.
